My food experiment fearlessness does not extend to canning. I am not that good at following exact directions, and the stakes are just too high to make a bad batch. I know lots of you do have the patience and mental reserves to can properly.

What is your favorite method? There are two ways to can, if i recall, yes?

What have you found enjoyable to can? What are you looking forward to canning this year?

If I was a canner, i would probably can everything I could get my hands on. I don't like feeling rushed to eat produce. I would probably devour books on canning and new ideas to try.
