I went back to water aerobics at the Y recently. It seems to fit better with summer than winter.

I've been doing yoga for about 2 years with some water aerobics thrown in now and then but need to do more aerobics. Yoga just doesn't get it in that department, unless you're doing power yoga.

What are you planning to do for fun activity today? I'm hoping to get some dancing in! That's a good hour of vigorous, fun activity
