if any one is interested,start the week on radio 4 is running a series called faith and doubt.i heard the first one today (its repeated on the web site though).i found it interesting.lots of cultural stuff in it.

Hi Ian Yes Im also a bid radio 4 fan .Those sites are really interesting.Im fascinated by ideology and faith.

It's an interesting area and BBC Radio 4 covers it well. Also pretty impartially, and it isn't just limited to a 'faith slot'. "Thought for the day" used to be mainly Christian but now covers all the different Spiritual and Philosophical paths. Still aiming to be the first Portsmouth Pagan on that slot though!!

my favourite is rabbi lionel Blue. I think they do only have the mainstream religions on though from what Ive heard.I wonder if people have to be invited on.

True Some people have strange ideas about what Atheism actually is. I'm reading Dawkin's "God Delusion" book at them moment, and he's coming across a lot like my Atheist Pagan friends I talk about in my Existentialist Pagans article

I think Dawkins describes himself as an agnostic .I watched the debate with dawkins,the archbishop of canterbury and anthony kenny earlier this year at Oxford- that was interesting.I havnt read god delusion though,thats one to put on my list.
