I've been struggling with allergies lately so for breakfast I've been drinking a 20 oz glass of water with 2 supplements mixed in:
1. super orange emergen-C (has electrolytes and 1000 mg vitamin C)
2. Goji/Acai Berry SuperFood Greens (has alkalizing green superfoods, antioxidant rich fruit, probiotics, and digestive enzymes).
It's an ugly green color but tastes pretty good. That and 3 immune system supplements plus 2 cups coffee has been my breakfast pretty much all week. It's very filling so I don't eat lunch until 1 or 2 p.m. and it's helping my immune system cope with nasty allergens.
