I am really enjoying your threads on what are the best items to use in the kitchen. I am not much of a cook at all, but i do like preserving food and fermenting things, stuff like that.

I also am interested in learning a lot about old time ways of cooking and preparing foods, before we had electricity.

Hmm, that sounds like another article topic, how our ancestors cooked before electricity. I'll see what I can come up with!
