The organizers of New York Comic Con (NYCC) have announced that the New York Anime Festival (NYAF) will be folded into NYCC beginning with this year's event on October 11-14, 2012.
NYCC has promised that even thought NYAF is longer a separate event, there will still be anime guests and will maintain a "commitment to booking top Japanese entertainment guests."
