Hello. I am new to this forum and would like to know why they don't tell you about all the problems that come with adopting children from Russia. I love my girls dearly but never expected it to be this hard.

What problems did you have? Want to talk about it?

Thanks for this forum. I am a HUGE fan of adoption and although I have not adopted any kids, it wasn't for lack of love of adoption. By the way, I remember reading about a study that determined adopted kids were as balanced as kids that live with their birth parents, except that they tend to be a little less of risk takers. This is amazing considering the initial trauma some adoptive kids go through until they are in a secure home. Perhaps it is because people who go out of their way to adopt kids, REALLY want them.
