I think I am going to have to avoid your site! Not read your recipes! Not re-read them! Not collect them! Not go in search of the alternate ingredients here in Johannesburg! And then, having tried them and got my kitchen involved to its fullest capacity, not invite any friends over and not buy any wine ... and me? Well I will just eat the basil leaves you suggest.

glad you like it! For your husband, try just small servings of pasta, as small side for a fish or meat entre. Some times we can have a rejection for foods just because the body can't have them. He might not process well a lot of starch or be intollerant to gluten. Try rice pasta, it tastes great just like wheat
