I tested a quick workout yesterday that include 4 awesome fat burning exercises that you perform in a circuit then repeat 4 times. It only took 18 min. but was simple and very effective for fat burning and toning as well as strength, endurance, mobility, balance, agility, flat abs, butt lifting, AND flexibility too! Yes one workout can do all that and more. I'm filming it next week but here's what I did:

16 suspension trainer rows (8 inverted 8 incline)
8-10 modified pushup with alternating side plank knee-in
8-10 seated toe touch to alternating twisting tabletop
16 squat to reverse lunge w/medicine ball twist to knee raise with medicine ball twist
take 15 sec. break then repeat 3 more times
