I love to go to Santa Cruz (Pacific Coast) and walk along the beach shoreline -- always looking for a message in a bottle.

If you were to write a message about yourself and how you lived your life, then put that message in a bottle and threw it out to sea, what would your message tell?

I love my family and friends, I care for others, I am very loyal, I respect nature and all living things, I have a creative side, and I try my best at whatever I do.

I carry a lantern to help others find their way and seek peace for themselves and healing peace for Mother Earth.

I'd talk about favorite places I've explored and my homesteading experiments. I'd make a plea to take care of the beautiful earth we live on, and to be kind to each other.

Sometimes we do not know the peace that will come to us till our way of life changes. I am happy for you, Jilly, that you are finding this peace and beauty within you.

I wonder what people of the future will put in their message bottles? I hope it is something like "Thanks to our ancestors we still have a beautiful Mother Earth."

It would be very interesting to put a message in the bottle about how Granpappy and Beetle blew up all the other stills in the mountains on the Fourth of July. hehehehe

But need to highlight that it was 'THE OTHER STILLS.' Granpappy has an idea that he can corner the bootlegging market.
