Today is Cinco de Mayo. I like to know the origin of holidays even when I don't celebrate them. It helps me to understand other cultures and belief systems.
My feature article this week is about Christian celebrations. You may not have heard of them. Some churches observe these special days and others do not. This does not make one church better than another. Knowing about these festivals increases knowledge and communication between denominations.
