Green smoothies or health smoothies overall are one of my passions. Some green super foods can taste quite bland at fist but once you get used to them you cant live without... I love waking up in the morning and having my shake. gives me loads of energy for the day. my favourite new addition is tahini. full of dairy free calcium and good oils for brain and skin.
