Green smoothies or health smoothies overall are one of my passions. Some green super foods can taste quite bland at fist but once you get used to them you cant live without... I love waking up in the morning and having my shake. gives me loads of energy for the day. my favourite new addition is tahini. full of dairy free calcium and good oils for brain and skin.

One great thing about green smoothies is that you can change ingredients and add new ones as you discover them. I use chia seeds, maca and spirulina besides all sorts of veggies.
