Wide stance squat with db curl to overhead press and calf raise (if you want to work your calves too)

Reverse lunge with thera band fly
+
Mini band lateral step with side raise and palms up db front raise (alternate type of raise each time you step out)
+
Kneeling glute kickback and tricep kickback on opposite side arm (great for core, butt and arms)

This circuit was so evil I was sore for 2 days and did not have to use heavy weight either. Try 15-20 reps of each exercise. I'm actually filming this later this week. Includes 5 more exercises for abs, legs, and butt.
