I would love to see a harp festival! The Loopallu sounds fun.

Linda I learned about the harp festival from my teacher, Bill Taylor, a wonderful musician. He has done a huge amount of research around ancient harp music, and it is a joy to watch him perform. He helped me fulfil a lifelong dream of playing the harp.

Loopallu is worth it, aprart from anything else, because otherwise you might not get to Ullapool; it is a setting off point for the Isle of Lewis - the boat journey from Ullapool to Stornaway is stunning.
