It only took me 4 days to figure out that my new workout plan was not going to work long term. It was an experiment to start with but I had some hope that it would be fun, effective and not overly time consuming. I was so wrong. Here's how my week went:
Monday 35 min. lower body sculpting workout and 40 min. ballroom cardio workout 20 min. plus walk after dinner
Tuesday 25 min. upper body sculpting workout and 45 min. brazilian body dance and be fit workout plus 4 mile walk before dinner
Wednesday 45 min. brazilian body dance and be fit workout and 20 min. yoga stretches
Thursday 45 min. upper and lower body sculpting 45 min. brazilian body workout plus 4 mile walk before dinner
Not only was this insanely time consuming but my body feels over-trained and the results were just o.k. Some people may wonder how I could tell so quickly that a workout plan isn't working. It's partly to do with the fact that I've been working out consistently for 27 years (since I was 15) so my body is like a fine tuned machine. It responds to stimulus in a very positive way or very negative way very quickly.
