"Sticks and Stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me". Is the greatest lie ever spun upon us and is pure black magic.

Planet Earth is a planet of black magic and mass indoctrination !

Go here, do this, buy that...

Try to swim upstream.. if you will.. I tried it and ended up in an insane asylum many times !!!

Phyllis and Burt.....you are right. People can hurt with their words.

It can cut right to the bone when you have offered love and acceptance, only to be met with hurtful words, hateful words coming out of nowhere. And sometimes those who cause destruction with their words will run off and hide, not wanting to be held accountable for what they have done. And why is that? Insecurities? Cowardice?

In an ideal world, words of love and concern should always be met with the same, but unfortunately it does not always happen that way. Those who love will always take a risk of getting hurt.

The power of words is enormous.

Cowardice and insecurity always come from jealousy of someone else's light and spiritual attainment they have garnered from positive free-will choices from previous embodiments.

Those closest to you will be used as weapons of your destruction.

However, Love is the law of the universe and all hate and hate creation will be burned away.

Yet, because of free-will, we must ask for God to send his angels to rescue souls and keep the planet going so we can evolve spiritually and learn our lessons.

Anything that is honest and true, sweet and kind will be viciously attacked.

We've been getting screw for centuries because the closer you get to God-Truth, the more you get attacked.

First, the stuff you're getting about God is Pablum.

No meat, no substance.

How did this happen ?

You can Thank The Royal Christian Emperor Constantine who was a very practical man who realized that he could not retain power if his empire was half Christian and Half Pagan <which simply means worshiping everything EXECPT the god of the bible>. A lot of pagans are real cool and you can learn a lot from them...

Anyway, they tried to kill them off and couldn't sooo... if you can't beat them, join them.

Then came the council of Nicaea the Nicaean creed...

Any reference to your ability to reach god on your own through gnosis or christian mysticism was branded as a heretic because it was not politically expedient.

Jesus is now elevate to the status of a Roman God akin to Apollo The Sun God and the rest of you are miserable sinners so you need us, The Roman Catholic Church to get to Jesus to get to God.

"Mom didn't the Romans throw the christians to the lions" ?

"Yes".

Then, why do they call it The Roman Catholic Church ?

35years later by God's Grace the answer is:

Because it is a church of Rome and not of Jesus Christ !!!

Oh, The Roman Cathoic Church was the first place that the Bloomberg 3-screen real-time stock market computer system.

And they spent a lot of that Hard Earned Money on a telescope to look for wormwood !!

Wormwood already happened ... it was the Cherynobly nuclear disaster in 1986 !

Let's not forget the 14-year old whore who slept her way to the top...

http
://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theodora_(wife_of_Justinian_I)

She made absolutely sure that any reference to reincarnation was removed from the bible because she did not to pay for her sins and come back as a peasant.

Jesus Christ Our LORD and Saint Francis of Assisi taught reincarnation openly.

There are only two references in the bible left.

So, it's real fun to slog through 450 years of a christianity based upon lies.

Sex, Drugs and Rock 'n Roll baby !!

Sin to win !!

No wonder most sane people want nothing to do with orthodox religion.

The whole civilization is a lie.

You're right, Burt. Jealousy is a factor. How sad that people can't just love one another for who they are, and can't make it a practice to see the good in others. Instead they are always on the lookout for persecution themselves and easily misinterpret acts of love.

As far as organized religion goes, I do see your point. As I have stated in previous posts, I am raised Roman Catholic but I do not agree with all of the church's doctrines. I take from it what I feel is true and good, and the rest I do not concern myself with. Too much has been misinterpreted or left out, and most recently some brainiac decided to change the wording in regards to different parts of the Mass. Too me it is just more confusing, not truthful and real.

If it rings true internally then it is right and true, if it doesn't then I'd rather stick to what feels right to me. The truth lies within.

The truth does lie within, Cassie. I do the same as you when it comes to organized religion -- I take what feels good and true and apply that to my path in life.

Those who use words to attack and damage do not look within and therefore destroy themselves eventually.

Karma does come around to bite those who have bitten others, especially without just cause. People can and do destroy themselves when they treat others badly, without thinking about what they are doing.

I prefer to use words of love and caring in my daily life and when dealing with others. It makes my world a better place, and hopefully it will be the same for those I come in contact with as well.

Peace.

Very well said, Cassie. You do use only words of caring and love and that makes a huge difference in the life of others.

To all,

I dare anyone ,in this group to hurt me with words!
Someone is hurt by words only if he lets himself ,hurt by them.

In buddhism we learn not to be affected by compliments ,insults or any word spoken.I remember reading a book called:Illusions or the adventures of a reluctant Messiah,by Richard Bach. For those
who do not know him he wrote Jonathan Livingston Seagul.

He wrote : Live in such a way that whatever is said about you
EVEN IF IT'S TRUE that it does not affect you.

I have read that 32 years ago and still live by it.I have an
excentric personnality and every thing has been said about me.

Also how come 2 different people are said the same words .one will be hurt ,the other will not. Because it is a choice,to be
hurt or not.You cannot hurt someone else with words ,unless
that person decides it hurts him/her.

Same thing goes with physical pain ,been living with 8 tares in both my knees, should hurt, especially I train every day.I decided
that there would be no pain and there are no pain.

The mind is stronger than words.

That certainly is an idealistic view, and one we should all strive for.

In reality though, people can be very emotional and often react to what comes out of others, especially those whom they love. If you love deeply with your heart you do take the risk of getting hurt.

It is just part of having a human experience.

I became hooked on words once I got into college and carried a small dictionary with me. Rather than giving me power, I think words have weakened me.
