I read so many interesting things while I was researching Stefano's children I think we might like to discuss some of them.

1) The NEW writers from last year who were going to take us back to the 'old' DAYS have already been let go. And NEWER NEW ones are already working. I guess last year's idea didn't go over so well.

2) It looks as though Madison, Jack, Carrie and Austin are all on their way out. Do you think there may have been too many characters and too many story lines to keep anything interesting?

3) John and Marlena may also be going. I haven't seen, yet, their purposes in coming back. OK, so John helped in getting EJ elected Mayor, and Marlena helped Will accept himself.

4) Renee Jones (Lexi) will be retiring this summer. Does that tell us the outcome of Lexi's tumor? And her new half-brother Cameron is a doctor so will he 'take her place' in Salem? But there has been no action in the hospital for a long time.

I'm also wondering about the great number of people we don't see anymore. Bo was gone for a long time. We haven't seen Maggie and Victor, or Roman for weeks and weeks.

Anyone have any ideas??? I'd like to hear them!! GrannyH

3) I like John and Marlena. Especially Marlena. She just makes me feel good.

4) The tumor is stage 4 I believe so in the real world there is no coming back from that unless it is a misdiagnosis. I recognize her new brother from somewhere. He's kind of annoying but if he keeps little devareux on the straight and narrow...

Didn't Maggie and Victor go on a trip? Can't remember. Roman really doesn't have a storyline, he's just mildly supporting role.

Whatever direction the writers decide I am sure we will find fault with it somewhere. LOL ;D
