Hello all Container Gardeners and all and all!

Well now, here is an idea for you to consider if you are a newbie to the mysteries of gardening or want a simple elegant look or have a whole lot of urns or similar decorative pots you just found somewhere.

Of course there are as many reasons for creating an urn garden as there are gardeners with the right kind of space, but it is certainly worth considering seriously. The example I saw was such a pleasure I had to share it.

Thank you for those comments, they really go far I tell you and I gobble them up immediately! Absorb them for a rainy day too.

AND I am extra pleased that the subject interested Maria. The pottery in Mexico is sooo beautifull and ornate that you could replace the word URN in the article with mosaic pots or Majola earthenware. But also, what is the famous riotously-coloured hand-painted magnificent pots that are uniquely Mexican called again - gone blank for the moment?

The idea can be stretched into any type of 'pot only' garden or your own design that is waterwise, has impact and is low maintenance. We are all so busy these days, so some peaceful place of our own in a space of our own would be welcome wherever we live.
