Sometimes I think I've done all I can do to manage my allergies. But it seems there's always something else to try. Check out the latest post on the Allergies and Colds page for some ideas at http://www.bellaonline.com/site/allergiesandcolds

Good advice! I used to have a lot of trouble with seasonal allergies but in my health program, I started really working on boosting my immune system and it seemed to really improve my allergies as well. Now, I rarely even get a cold and my allergies haven't bothered me in several years.

I have really good luck with a strong nettle infusion for allergies. It's worked better for me than prescription or otc allergy meds and there are no bad side effects..
