To Dave and Phyllis,

All my life ,no one could understand what I was speaking about.
Even today, speaking of spirituality is quite afeat.I know of a woman whom I just found out, can't stand the site of me ,she came 30 years ago ,once, to a course I was giving at the the time ,
on finding happiness through the reprogramming of the subcounscious.

Loong and Phyllis, I am glad that you guys understand about this. It seems like only on a place like this site could we speak of what we know without people judging us as if we were weird.

So many times I have searched for words to post and have been so careful to choose them as to get the real meaning across. Sometimes though I am so careful in choosing them that I don't even get to the real point of my communication.

Do you guys remember years ago when secretaries wrote in shorthand? I don't even know if that is used anymore but maybe we could learn to talk in shorthand. LOL The meaning never seemed to get lost with that method of communication. This is an incredible support group!! Thanks for taking the time guys, dave

Dave, I do remember the days when secretaries wrote in shorthand -- I was one of them. How could we talk in shorthand? 'Blessed Be' says a lot.

I always enjoy your long posts and they have given me much over time. Keep thinking, keep writing, and keep on keeping on. Blessed Be

Dave.....I too remember shorthand. My mother used it for work years ago. I don't think many people use it anymore.

I know what you mean about not hearing people's conversations. I've tuned out conversations in the past and I still do that sometimes. I can have somewhat of a split conversation, where I am half aware of what the other person is saying. I can keep my end of the conversation going, but my mind is miles away on some other subject. There have also been times like what Phyllis describes, where I can be talking with someone and the rest of the gathering I am in totally fades away.

Please Dave....no shorthand! I am sure I am not the only one besides Phyllis who enjoys your posts just as they are. Thanks for sharing what you do. I too have learned a lot from your posts and I appreciate that so much.

We could learn and write in Klingon, which i hear is a language spare on words, yet high in meaning. Although since To Be is not a verb in their lexicon, I think saying Blessed Be might be challenging. smile
