I was looking at the BBL workout schedule for this week (my last week of bbl round 2) and I'm going to move a few things around to accommodate both my energy levels (which are very high today) and our walking goal for the week (18 miles).
So instead of this:
Thur. day off (for me that means yoga + 4 mile walk not just a day of no exercise)
Fri. bum bum + high and tight
Sat. cardio axe + sculpt
Sun. day off (for us that means 9 mile walk)
I will be doing this:
Thur. cardio axe + high and tight + 4 mile walk
Fri. bum bum + 40 min. flow yoga
Sat. sculpt + 40 min. flow yoga
Sun. 10 mile walk + easy stretching
Most workout plans come with a set schedule of workouts but you can always customize the schedule to fit your needs. As long as you are doing all the workouts for the week you will still see great results from any workout plan so don't be afraid to move things around.
