I am certainly glad I am not hand feeding any babies right now. How can they make such an awful error?

It really concerns me too Calla. The number of recalls I see come in everyday is just plain frightening. Does anyone care about the quality of a product or quality of their work anymore?

This is just plain bad workmanship and not giving a darn anymore. It is sad.

Bumping the recall

I appreciate it, it really makes me sick to think some newly hatch baby birds could die.

I believe accidents do happen and they have assured me that they investigated how it happened and it won't be repeated.
