Tara in the Mahayana lineage of Buddhism is the mother of all
buddhas.This is not my lineage more Lisa's she is Mahayana lineage,and very knowledgeable ,very.Now to know if she has supramondane powers is another thing.I can do some research on tara .ther are 4 ,but the one you speak of is The Green Tara.

To dave ,I did some research on the Green Tara and Irish BaronTara.When you mention:mother of liberation." Those are words attributed in Mahayana Buddhism to the Green Tara.
So how could you know the exact words regarding Tara.Am I being sent on a wild goose chase here?

If so ,hope you had fun, and for me ,well refreshed my knowledge on The Green Tara.

Dave......I understand what you mean about sometimes needing to change. Change constantly happens and we move with it or we can often be left behind. It may be sad to let go of certain beliefs or systems, but often there can be something good to take its place, maybe something that will work better for all involved given the times. Hopefully that will be the case in the situation described here.

Murder is wrong no matter how you slice it, especially against a nonconfrontational and peaceful people. Perhaps a more global approach to help these people would be beneficial, but until that happens we have to do our best to pray for them and hope the destruction stops. What else can we do for them?

I am sorry for not getting back with you sooner but I had an appointment this A.M. No wild goose chases here Loong!! Even through my appointment I had my mind on what is going on in our situation more than anything else.

You asked, "What do you want of me?" I have an answer for you and it has two parts. Bear me out here please. Go back and start reading on page 16 on the Goddess site in the Spirituality forum. Please take your time and go through it up until the present. I had no idea that it would continue so long and go into such depth with all of our inputs but it seems to just keep going. My prayer was that it would be a help to others in their struggles with opposing forces that would desire our demise instead of being in health and free in mind, body, and spirit.

It shows a great deal about how my family was saved from being destroyed with the addition of a new and totally unknown deity that has been around for ever. Untapped and unknown for a reason.

The second part of what I want from you is that as you glean from it what is needed and that you share it with those most in need. You know who they are!! That is all that I ask. I will be on PM if you need me. Oh one last thing, Do not doubt for a moment that Tara is not without the necessary armaments and resources that can free one individual, one family, or one nation.

When I close my eyes I often see the most beautiful shade of green. When very much inspired that is about the only color that I see when my eyes are closed. It has significance brother!! Blessed Be

I read a lot of pages.I see no threat to your clan ,group or whatever.
My life is totally dedicated to Buddhism.When asked about supramondane powers,Buddha responded,that these supramondane powers
were not necessary to attain Enlightenment.

My first goal in life is my enlightenment,and then helping oters
with Metta and Karuna.
Dave ,there are too many non said words nonwritten words to really understand what it is you want.

I will go on with my path.The best of luck to whatever you are looking for.

Like hundreds of thousands of others I have belonged to the group for many years, it is world wide and very well supported in Germany. Although it is said that the Chinese hold is so strong it is a hopeless case with many Tibetans not even having basic human rights,........but you know the saying 'it isn't over until the fat lady sings', so it is still worth having a voice. Don't know where that saying came from but it is a very popular here.

The Dalai Lama has lived in India for over 50 years with the Tibetan Government-in Exile, and believes strongly in non-violence, but any help even in publicizing the situation would be welcomed.

Dave......I came onto this scene long after you started posting on the Goddess thread. Because of your suggestion to Loong I have decided to read the Goddess thread starting from page 16. I have read several pages and I "get it".

I love the stories of your family, I can see what you mean about how their views put them in danger, and I can see the wisdom they have revealed to you, as well as the wisdom you have revealed to us. I have learned so much in just the portion of the pages I have read so far.

I can't read it all in one sitting, but I am intrigued enough to continue reading more about what is resonating as true within myself. Your suggestion to another is helping me with my own spiritual path. Thank you for carrying the lantern, my Brother, and for having the courage to share what you know. Blessed Be.
