I'd like a recipe that is easy, with the muffin part not too sweet but tasty, lots of blueberries, and no sugar coating on the top of the muffins.

Anyone have a nice recipe for me?

Debbie, here is an all-purpose healthy muffin recipe. You might want to omit the ginger and cinnamon. Substitute the blueberries for the raisins and craisins. I would use a full cup of fresh or frozen blueberries or 1/2 cup of the dried ones. It makes about 2 dozen muffins that freeze rather well.
