Yesterday was a simple food day gone wrong but that's o.k. Cra* happens and being able to eat junk once or twice a week and not gain weight or fat means you're doing something right most of the time. My food motto is 80/20. I think you can tell by what I post every day that my diet isn't perfect but it's healthy enough that I'm able to maintain my weight and even lose weight easily.
Breakfast - spinach, 1 egg, 2 tbsp feta wrap
Lunch- ground bison meat w/celery, carrots, onion, mushrooms, corn, chard and green chile enchilada sauce (leftovers from enchilada night) plus 5 tortilla chips, 24 oz water
Snack - fruit smoothie made with 3 chunks watermelon, 3 large strawberries, handful of raspberries, 3 tbsp vanilla yogurt, 4 oz homemade raspberry tea (this was so refreshing on a hot day)
Snack 2 - 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 banana, 6 walnuts, 24 oz water
Dinner - 1 slice thin crust pepperoni pizza, 1 small taquito, 1 hot wing, 1 fake beer (St. Pauli Girl this time), 12 oz water
I probably should have had a healthier dinner but Wed. or Fri. is usually whatever my son wants to eat and that's what he chose at the store. I usually don't eat all the junk he chooses (I'll have 1 piece of junk plus veggies or salad) but I was too tired to care last night and I did keep the portions small.
My workout yesterday was 10 min. mobility plus my
Upper Body Workout and 10 min. stretching.
Today's meals are:

curried chicken salad with apples and raisins , 24 oz water
