If you want to cut calories, carbs, and fats, cook the tuna sliders this way, instead of frying them:
In a heavy skillet, spray it with non=stick cooking spray and heat the pan over medium-low heat. Put the tuna patties in, and cover the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, turn the patties over to the second side, and cook, uncovered for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
This omits the breading and the fat to cook the patties.
