Egg rolling is a game now, but its origins lie in the belief that it was a way to transfer an egg's fertility into the ground, and so ensure a good harvest.
The Egg, the Hare and Ostara are interwoven in Germany�s Easter celebrations, a mixture of History, Easter symbols and Pagan, Christian tradition and of course Chocolate.
