This week has been kind of a mix of Brazil Butt Lift plus my own workouts that I've either had to film or that I chose to do instead of BBL to save time. We're working hard to increase our walking mileage for our hiking trip so this week we're adding an 8 mile walk that involves lots of hills. Here's what I've done so far and plan on doing the rest of the week.
Sunday - walked 5.5 miles and did 40 min. stretching in the morning then 20 min. of Brazil Butt Lift sculpt plus 5 min. extra stretching instead of what I posted above
Monday - 10 min. mobility 45 min. Brazil Butt Lift sculpt 5 min. stretching
Tuesday - 15 min. mobility in pool 30 min.
Best Leg Workout 10 min. ab core workout (instead of BBL tummy tuck) and 3 mile walk (instead of Brazil Butt Lift bum bum workout)
Wednesday - 10 min. mobility plus my Upper Body Workout (instead of BBL sculpt) and 10 min. stretching
Thursday - 40 min. flow yoga 35 min. BBL high and tight plus 3 mile walk
Friday - 10 min. mobility 45 min. BBL sculpt plus 5 min. stretching
Saturday - 30 min. BBL cardio axe, 35 min. 10 min. core ab (instead of BBL tummy tuck) and completely skipping BBL bum bum to prevent hip issues on our walk
Sunday - 8 mile walk 40 min. stretching
After this week I have one week of BBL and no workouts to film so I should be able to just stick with the schedule and our walking schedule too.
