I'm so excited to be back on Brazil Butt Lift. Last time I was on it I was sick for 3 of the 4 weeks so I really wasn't working out at my usual level of intensity.

This time I'm healthy but have lots of other stuff going on. I'm finishing a new ebook, training for our yearly hiking trip, and have to finish my taxes and get my son registered for all kinds of stuff but having a busy life has never gotten in the way of my workout plan before so why should it now!

The real challenge is going to be combining our long walks/hikes and my mobility/functional training with BBL.

Yesterday's workout felt like it took forever:

3 p.m.
10 min. mobility
20 min. functional training

5 p.m.
35 min. bbl high and tight butt workout

7 p.m.
60 min. walk (4 miles)
20 min. stretching

I don't think I can do this every day so I'm going to have to figure out how to fit all this in without having to exercise 2 hours a day or maybe I will just suck it up and exercise 2 hours a day like athletes do.

Did my bum bum (pronounced boom boom) workout yesterday which was a challenge since I was intermittent fasting and this is a high energy lower body circuit type workout that goes non-stop for 35 min.

I did my best and added a few extra stretches at the end since my booty was sore from the day before. I decided that 35 min. was enough and skipped our walk but plan on walking today.

Today is supposed to be day off from BBl but I'm thinking I might do an ab workout that is on the schedule for later this week plus 40 min. of flow yoga and a 3-4 mile walk too.

I did not have time for core ab workout yesterday but did about 30 min. of mobility exercises including band and foam roller mobility plus went for an easy 25 min. walk then stretched for 5 min.

My body definitely needed the day off from harder stuff. I feel ready to workout hard today. Today is High and Tight plus Tummy Tuck. I'm not a huge fan of the BBL ab workout so I'm doing my own Core Ab Workout which is about 100 times more challenging and effective plus it's much shorter too.

Yesterday's workout was great! I did 10 min. of mobility plus BBL High and Tight but skipped abs all together and walked for 25 instead.

I've been sitting so much lately bcz I'm finishing up a new ebook that working abs will only hurt my body not help it. When you sit for long periods of time the last thing you need is more forward flexion. I'll have to fit that ab workout in this weekend.

Today is 35 min. of Bum Bum and I'm doing 10 min. mobility plus 20 min. of upper body work too. Tomorrow is a day off from BBL so I'm doing an easy hike with my son. Sunday I'll do bum bum again plus abs and walk 4-5 miles with my boyfriend.

Yesterday's BBL bum bum workout was the best one I've had ever. This workout is non stop squats, lunges, kicks, rotating lunges, burpees, and capoeira moves. It's an amazing 35 min. lower body circuit that targets your butt and every inch of your lower body plus you use your core to stabilize many moves. It's also really fun especially when you can do it at Leandro's pace.

At the end you stretch for 5 min. which is never enough for me so I add another 20 min. otherwise my hip flexors and glutes get way too tight.

I decided to not add extra upper body workout but will be doing it today along with core which I skipped earlier this week. This should take all of 30 min. then I'll go walk with my son.

Sunday is bum bum again plus 4-5 mile walk.

I skipped BBL Sunday and Monday due to dust and pollen allergies. I had to take some OTC allergy meds to get rid of my headache and stop my eyes from watering so much. I have been drinking tons of water and taking immune system supplements so today I'm feeling much better (allergy AND med free) and ready to workout hard.

I did walk, do mobility, stretching and functional training the past 2 days but to me that isn't really a workout. It's just maintenance exercise. Today I'm ready to kick some butt! It's bum bum day which is perfect after a few days of higher carb eating. Tomorrow is sculpt day which goes well with intermittent fasting.

I got my BBL days all mixed up so here's my actual workout schedule this week:


Sun. 25 min. walk 20 min. stretching
Mon. 15 min. mobility plus 30 min. functional training 15 min. stretching
Tue. 45 min. sculpt plus 10 min. mobility 25 min. walk
Wed. 35 min. high and tight plus 10 min. mobility 30 min. stretch
Thur. 45 min. sculpt plus 10 min. mobility 25 min. walk
Fri. 35 min. bum bum and 35 min. high and tight plus 10 min. mobility
Sat. 45 min. sculpt and 15 min. stretching plus 10 min. mobility
Sun. 4-5 mile walk plus mobility and hopefully some yoga

This week has been kind of a mix of Brazil Butt Lift plus my own workouts that I've either had to film or that I chose to do instead of BBL to save time. We're working hard to increase our walking mileage for our hiking trip so this week we're adding an 8 mile walk that involves lots of hills. Here's what I've done so far and plan on doing the rest of the week.

Sunday - walked 5.5 miles and did 40 min. stretching in the morning then 20 min. of Brazil Butt Lift sculpt plus 5 min. extra stretching instead of what I posted above

Monday - 10 min. mobility 45 min. Brazil Butt Lift sculpt 5 min. stretching

Tuesday - 15 min. mobility in pool 30 min. Best Leg Workout 10 min. ab core workout (instead of BBL tummy tuck) and 3 mile walk (instead of Brazil Butt Lift bum bum workout)

Wednesday - 10 min. mobility plus my Upper Body Workout (instead of BBL sculpt) and 10 min. stretching

Thursday - 40 min. flow yoga 35 min. BBL high and tight plus 3 mile walk

Friday - 10 min. mobility 45 min. BBL sculpt plus 5 min. stretching

Saturday - 30 min. BBL cardio axe, 35 min. 10 min. core ab (instead of BBL tummy tuck) and completely skipping BBL bum bum to prevent hip issues on our walk

Sunday - 8 mile walk 40 min. stretching

After this week I have one week of BBL and no workouts to film so I should be able to just stick with the schedule and our walking schedule too.

In addition to mobility, sculpt, and stretching yesterday I also went for a quick walk.

Today I'm skipping bbl bum bum as well as bbl core and my own core workout but doing bbl cardio and 40 min. of yoga.

I felt so good after my yoga flow on Thursday that I want more of that plus it's raining and overcast and I always love doing yoga when it's raining.

8 mile walk with hills is still on and if it's raining then we're still going : )

My workouts this weekend were awesome. I felt so amazing after Thursday's 40 min. yoga flow. plus 8 min. of thera band and foam roller work that Friday's 45 min. BBL sculpt workout felt super easy.

Reducing muscle soreness and tightness from your 3 previous workouts is so important for speeding up recovery and boosting performance. Here is a link if you want to try some of these Dynamic Stretching Exercises Routines & Tips

Saturday I did 35 min. of BBL Cardio Axe followed by 40 min. of flow yoga (slightly different practice)

Sunday we went on a 9 mile walk and chose a trail with no hills instead of our original hill walk. It felt so good to be out walking for 3 hours and when I got back I only needed about 10 min. of stretching since I had really prepped my hip flexors for that long walk with all that yoga.

I feel awesome this morning! Today is BBL sculpt and also my last week on BBL round 2.
