Please go over to the nursing site to view the newest article. Empathy is an essential skill for nurses, but many times it gets lost or forgotten about. We need to be ever vigilant and keep both our hearts and our minds concentrated on providing the very best care we can to every person and to foster mentoring and precepting relationships with other nurses and especially those new to the profession.
