I was a bit iffy about the whole "women adore shopping" angle of this week. Also, they made a challenge which was about strength / total weight, which also seemed a bit iffy. Still, the end results weren't what I would have thought they would be.

It was surprising that Emily fell below the yellow line. I would not have thought she would so quickly.

I was happy for her, that she has such vocal talent and that she is pursuing her dream now.

Bummed out. Emily was the last person I could root for. Now I have to pick the lesser of the remaining evils.

Yes I'm just not connecting with people on this season. I'm having to go with people who at least have matured the most along the way.

Like who?

I suppose I look at Kim and Mark as at least trying, and focusing on the weight loss and not the politics. I could probably fall into the anybody-but-Conda camp. Jeremy has bothered me with some of his snide-anti-female comments so he also would be low on my list.

And while Chris bugged me to no end for a long while, I think she is finally coming around a little.

I wasn't thrilled with the shopping plug for simpson's new show, but i have to admit her clothes were very nice for plus sized girls. Kim looked wonderful!

I think Mark is a vicious game player and if he wins i will be pretty angry. I don't think he can lose enough weight to win though - he is already pretty thin.

Conda. Just, no. Please. Evil should not be rewarded.

Megan has also shown mean girl tendencies, and she isn't the hardest worker in the world. She seems to be drifting along on the good will of her alliance. No vote from me.

Kimmy doesn't seem hateful at all, but she seems to be barely there. I might give her a pass from what we learned about her horrible childhood, though. I understand about her food hoarding.

Buddy, meh. He has gone along with hateful Mark too many times. I wish he had a backbone. He does not get a pass for his tragic backstory IMO. My sister lost her son and she can still recognize poor behavior.

Chris...she confuses me. She seems so desperately unhappy. it's weird to remind myself she is my age! She acts like an old woman. :-( Even Bob made a point of saying that she seems more mentally stable now, though, at the ranch. I wonder if she is clinically depressed. I would not hate it if she won though. Her house made me sad for her. And I like Santa.

I am still mad at Kim for her Adrian bashing, but she is creeping back into my good graces. I might root for her. Not whole heartedly, but she might be the most likeable person left.

I really dislike that the people who loved the opportunity given by the ranch are gone now. That seems so unfair.

Having the couples split onto separate teams seems like it only increased the opportunity for game play and cross-team alliances. :-(

They need to stop having couples come on the ranch completely.

Forgot about Jeremy. I don't hate him. He seems to have a sense of humor, and it was very nice of him to give his sister his prize. He could have taken the double vote or extra pound or even the phone call instead.

I guess Kim FTW. Damning with faint praise?

I think I haven't been paying attention to the show much; when I think of politics I think of Conda and the other women. I don't think of the guys at all. If anything, my vague recollection is of Conda going to the guys and telling them gossip and them deciding in that case that they'd be wary.

I'm sure there are things I'm forgetting.
