Premature menopause

They're are many woman for a variety of reasons that are thrust into the dreaded "M" word. It could be because of genetics, or medical illness such as cancer. Woman who have hysterectomies will be pushed into menopause, like it our not. This journey although taking time to adjust does not have to be a nightmare. Medical technologies and treatments have open the doors for woman to enter this stage of their life with grace. That doesn't mean your not going to sweat your pants off but it is a start. Every woman experiences menopause differently, it's how we handle it that sets us apart.
