I feel so good today! It is bright and sunny out and just a touch of chilly in the air. I had oatmeal with apricot preserves and cinnamon simmered it, whole wheat toast, and OJ for breakfast.

I just came back from a short hike up on my little mountain, and now I am going to take a short nap.
