Hello All,

Please weigh in with your thoughts and insights:

Do you feel that nursing should move to a bachelor-degree entry level for all RNs?

Due to Magnet status and other changes occurring in health care, many hospitals are posting RN vacancies noted with "BSN Preferred". Is this a lasting trend? What are you thoughts on ADN, Diploma, and Bachelor-degree levels for RNs? What are your ideas? Experiences? How can nursing meet increasing patient needs, an aging population, and an average age of nurses in their 40's? Is a bachelor-degree entry level requirement the answer?

Do you think nursing should go to bachelor-degree required RN entry level?
