Today I am grateful for my case manager. She is amazing. Nothing really fazes her and she is always caring and helpful.

I am grateful for the mental healthcare options i have - I know that I am not alone when I have a really bad time. I am so glad I have help for the asking, for once.

I am grateful to have had the love and caring of my sweet boyfriend for the past two years. May he rest in peace now that he has joined God and His angels in heaven.

Yvonnie, thank you. That really means a lot to me. I try to share my experiences as I am having them, in case there are things people can from learn as i go. Surely others have similar experiences? And maybe no one is speaking much of them.

Today I am grateful for having made an important life decision this weekend. I feel so much better. I feel free, actually. It's super nice.

Today i am grateful for the wonderful food banks in my area. I get an unbelievable amount of nice food. Produce, wheat bread, dried goods.

For some reason there is always also soda, chips and sugary snacks, too. I just save those for guests. It's not like they will ever go bad.

Anyway, someone could really live on these food boxes if they had nothing else for food. It's quite awesome.
