Shane Talbott owner & co-owner/partner Steven Nakisher,

The California based Juice/smoothie company "acquires" Talbott Teas to help it reach a wider audience; the two companies will remain separate entities and Shane Talbott will remain with the tea company and be VP of innovation of Jamba Juice and Nakisher will hold a seat on Talbott's board of directors.

Talbott Teas started out as a fledgling company selling teas at local hair salons and was picked as one of Oprah Winfrey's favorite things in 2010, QVC, Whole Foods, and Dillards when the tea became famous.
