One time i got stuck by a needle, went to the emergency room because the needle was from a person that is HIV positive
I was put on a medication and took it till i tested negative
Then i went to the emergency room another time after that because of a asthma attack
The nurse was very friendly to me treated me real nice
Till she was looking through me files
She looked at me with discuss and said your HIV her whole attitude towards me changed
Because she saw the name of the medication i had been put on
She didn't take the time to read the reason why i was put on that medication
She judged me, And i was treated so differently
She made me feel shame. But i got to feel first hand how HIV people must feel.
And are treated
