Deep meditation rewards with deep peace ... I love this Susan. I always feel so peaceful after meditating. It's crazy that I forget to meditate because that inner peace makes the whole day kinder and more light filled. Thank you for that reminder.

Oh absolutely!
When I used to teach mini-courses on using your imagination to teens, I'd lead them through a 10 or 15 minute guided visualization. They thought it was incredible, and really felt a huge difference.
I read somewhere that if all young children were taught to meditate, the world would absolutely change.
It's never too late - we can change the world now too - meditate = peace.

Deanna, I think it is never too early to be a role model in meditation. Sitting with the kids a minute or more shows them a way to regain peace.
