Many of you may know that every day I hold a cyber meditation at 8pm my time in the Netherlands, which would be 7pm UK, 2pm East Coast, 1pm Central, noon Mountain, 11am West Coast time. I meditate for 10 minutes.

Please join me - it's for world peace, world upliftment!

This is great, Susan! Thank you for starting this thread. I missed the cyber meditation today, bummer! I won't be around at noon until Saturday, but i will add this to my calendar to try to join yuo as often as I can.

I hope to do a little meditating today - not right now. Still way too much to do while it's still daylight here.

I wish i was getting away. Actually, I don't - it's nice to be home right now. I just have a lot of appointments this week.

I am going to do the one minute meditation right now...

Done! That was actually very restful. Thank you for the reminder! I want to do this each day, with the eventual goal of setting aside enough daily time to do a fuller session.
