Dear Dr Joy, Your constipation home remedies are excellent.Actually constipation is a very complex symptom and its not a desease in itself but a cause of some other diseases like anemia,lake of digestive enzymes,malnutrition, physiological disorder of the body,motionlessness ,lake of exercise etc. But your home remedies cover all these aspects and are so effective inspite of that what the cause of constipation is.I am a herbalist and doing research on herbal medicine. Very interesting article. For me, cheese is usually the cause. I'll have to try some of the drinks to see how well they work.
