I had another one tonight, something like "colorful mix" with carrots and squash and peppers. It was easy to make (important for me) and good too. What are you guys enjoying for dinner tonight?

LOL, I wish I enjoyed veggies - glad to see you do!

Now I will do the salad once in a while with "too much" salad dressing and not the low fat one that I should be using.
