Recently I went off the pill and had sex, ok now a week later I am having some major bleeding, though it is not like my other periods it will be severe and then only a bit of spotting at times, also my period was not due for another two days is this due to a pregnancy or coming of birth control? I know this is late news for you, but I became pregnant a few weeks ago and experienced implantation bleeding. For me, all I found was a brownish plug of stretchy mucus. It didn't even make a mark on my panties, since it was just a solid "plug". But I think it is different for everyone - some women even cramp when it happens.
