Hi Sharon:

Do you think that even though it may be true, that we as women can change how we go about handling our careers?

I know while working for Walmart, several years ago, there was a class action suit about how they treated women and men managers differently. Not sure how it all played out as I was a cashier at the time and did not have a desire to continue with them on a long term basis.
