Good grief! I have a problem getting just one glass of water down. I will try starting tomorrow to get the 3 glasses of water down, however, I hope I do not lose my lips as you did, Yvonnie. That must hurt!

I think a 'glass' of water is 8 ounces?

laugh Yahoo!!! Jilly!!!

I know about that warm drink thing. I can drink warmth all day, no food. So, as soon as I finish my water, I indulge.

How'd the day go?

I tried this out today. I have a water bottle that holds about 3 glasses of water. I made sure to drink it all before I had any coffee. I am not sure I have noticed anything different yet, but I will keep it up this week and report back.

Hey Megan!

Great job!

Did you know that 50% of the world's population of people are "chronically" dehydrated?

You could be one of the few that are properly hydrated and this experiment could have very little effect. If though, you are like most of us, keep at it (like you suggested). I know you will get and notice results.

Looking forward to your future posts.

Jilly-

Did you quench your thirst with water?

Craving water all day long is great as long as you drink water to quench that thirst. It's a jump start to hydrating a dehydrated body. Our daily water consumption is supposed to equate 1/2 our body weight in ounces.

Keep us posted.

Phyllis-

You are hilarious!!!

I drink Swedish Bitters from shot glasses and luckily my lips have reappeared well hydrated.

Sorry, I missed your posts before now.

Have you started your 24oz of water each morning yet?
