Cold can be caused by the infections and by drinking cold water or else by making the head bath with the cool water or by the climatic conditions. The better cure for this is 1. Heat the water and add the turmeric in that and then steam it by you for a 15-20 mins, It gives the good relaxation.

I agree with you Sai. Common cold is caused by many different viruses, but about half of the time it is happened due to rhino viruses. These viruses attack the cells in the lining of our airways and cause common cold. The best way to prevent rhinovirus is to improve the immunity system through daily exercise, healthy diet and sound sleep.
