I only use saline nasal spray, along with an electronic nasal irrigator. They keep me out of the doctor's office. You are definitely on the right track.

I only meant you had opened up a great dialogue that might help others. I spoke to my health care provider the other day when I was in for a regular checkup. Somehow we got to talking about OTC nasal sprays. She said her belief was that they are so highly addictive that they should not be available over the counter. I genuinely meant my earlier post as praise for your efforts. You are up against a difficult enemy.
