Frivolous lawsuits cost policyholders millions in premium increases each year. As a former bodily injury adjuster I have seen my share of frivolous lawsuits. What experience have you had with frivolous lawsuits?

I do worry about a random person coming along with a wild lawsuit and destroying everything I have worked so hard to build. I do carry business insurance. It's sad that we live in a world where a single person can destroy others as long as they can pay for a lawyer. It seems as if the person with the most money can "automatically win" by driving the other person to bankruptcy.

Sort of a Sword of Damocles thing.
