We've been growing cinnamon basil in a container on the back porch all summer long, and now it was time to take it in. The plant was fairly bushy, so I trimmed it back. Here's the after photos -





Will it last the winter and come back again? Or is this a fruitless action?

I made some tea with the pruned leaves and it was tasty! I simply put the leaves into a tea ball. I should make some more
