Yes Rann, That is good advice and may I add Cancer is no longer the end of the line, I have worked with a few cancer patients, who after chemo therapy and radiation treatments, that did not cure them, they finally cured themseles by giving their bodies the missing nutrients. Many holistic doctors and biochemists feel that cancer may be a defiency disease. As a certified nutritionist, I recommened a very simple diet. First divide your weight in half and take that number for the grams of protein you need a day and the number of ounces of water you need a day. Protein foods are, Meat, fish, fowl, and eggs. Drink a 6 oz. glass of plain water 30 minutes before every meal the rest of your water ration work in over the day. Stop eating all processed food, eat only organicaly grown fruits and vegatables. If you can't aford this produce, grow your oown sprouts from all kinds of seeds and save a ton of money. All other produce is lacking the enzymes your body must have, it is what I call "dead food" only providing bulk that is costly. Don't use any sugar to sweeten things use Stevia, it is safe for diabetics. Don't drink any kind of sodas or soft drinks, no more than 2 cups of coffee a day, and use herbal teas caffeine free. Do not buy bakery desserts, make your own, and serve your dessert before your your main dish. Take a multiple vitamin and a separste multiplle mineral every day. Our soil has been depleted of many nutrients for over 200 years. If you have a sick body it cannot heal itself without the right fuel.

Thanks for your post! Wow, do I ever agree. And you gave alot of helpful info. I've done well, but need to do better. I am in total agreement with the live-food, dead-food facts, and am aware. I wish I had a garden, but your idea of starting small is great.

Thanks for posting such life-giving information, and do come back and post more if you can!

Best regards,

Rann
