40. Find the hidden 3D image of a fish.
Welcome to the wonderful world of stereograms! This is a fantastic way to learn to see the world through different eyes, even though they are your own! For those who have experience viewing stereograms enjoy the experience! For those who haven't yet experienced a stereogram or have troubles viewing, here are some tips.1a. Try putting your face close to the screen.
1b. Remember what it feels like to have your eyes go out of focus when daydreaming and bring that memory into your consciousness.
2a/b. Relax when your eyes go out of focus and take a deep breath.
3a. Slowly move your head back from screen keeping your eyes on the image.
4a/b. Allow your brain to relax and enjoy the experience rather than expecting your brain to jolt your eyes back into focus.
5a/b. Believe there is a hidden image and allow your brain the thrill of finding hidden treasure.
6a/b. Stay positive! It might take you a few times to get the hang of retraining your brain ... and that's perfectly okay.
